Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team, always keeping the customer at the centre
  • Work closely with colleagues across functions to ensure that product quality, safety, and recovery are everyone’s priority
  • Act as an ambassador for the customer product experience: monitor and report safety, compliance or quality issues in a timely way, preventing risks and improving standards
  • Enable the team to create a positive shopping experience by managing efficient circular recovery operations, reducing both environmental and financial impact
  • Ensure effective processes to block or stop the sales of IKEA products with safety or quality deviations, protecting our customers
  • Define clear goals and action plans for your department, and follow up with continuous improvement, learning from best practices in other units
  • Promote the use of common tools and methods to secure product quality, safety and recovery
  • Develop people: support team members’ growth and ensure succession planning
