As Circular Sales & Operations Specialist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ensuring the AS-IS shop, in-store and online platform is well-maintained to enhance customer experience and drive optimal sales; improving the product recovery department through repackaging, spare part management, assembly, and active selling; collaborating with key stakeholders to optimise product flow, sales, and communication channels; training co-workers on recovery operations; focusing on meeting department commercial goals; staying informed about social and environmental commitments; contributing to the Product Quality & Recovery team.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the AS-IS shop, in-store and online platform is well-maintained to enhance customer experience and drive optimal sales through inspiring merchandising solutions
Take action to improve the product recovery department through repackaging, spare part management, assembly, and active selling both in online and offline channels
Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise product flow, sales, and communication channels, while training co-workers on recovery operations, sharing best practices and ways of working
Focus on meeting department commercial goals by regularly following up on sales performance and implementing improvement actions aligned with IKEA’s sustainability and circularity agenda
Stay informed about social and environmental commitments and actively contribute to sustainability and circularity through daily work and support of circular and commercial activities, always considering both environmental and business impacts when recovering products
Contribute to the Product Quality & Recovery team by leading tasks, ensuring product safety and quality standards are met, and supporting the customer experience through effective training and collaboration
Requirements:
A strong leader who inspires and supports teams through effective communication, coaching, and collaboration to achieve success
A highly organised and analytical thinker with the ability to manages multiple tasks, identify priorities and continuously drive improvements in the Product Quality & Recovery process
Well-versed in the product range, including service products, and possess strong knowledge of store operations, sales steering, pricing, and range presentation to drive optimal performance
An effective communicator, able to engage key stakeholders in the business and influence effectively to drive impact
