We are The Light, delivering a unique, immersive experience that surprises and delights our guests across 14 UK locations. We bring people together to enjoy great films, friendly service, and a brilliant atmosphere — all under one roof. We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Cinema Team Member to join our crew. Whether you're helping guests at the tills, serving snacks, or getting the screens ready, as a Cinema Team Member you’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team that makes every visit special.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and assist guests with a smile
  • Serve food, drinks, and snacks from our kitchen and concessions
  • Keep all areas clean, tidy, and safe
  • Help guests find their screens and settle in for their film
  • Work as part of a team to make sure every shift runs smoothly
  • Deliver top-notch customer service every time

Requirements:

  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Friendly, helpful, and a great team player
  • An interest in film and cinema
  • Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
  • Reliable and happy to work flexible shifts — including evenings, weekends, and holidays
