Experience in a team leader or supervisor role in hospitality, leisure, or retail
A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys working with people
Calm under pressure and well-organised during busy periods
A hands-on approach and a willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
Passionate about delivering excellent service
Flexible and happy to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibility

Support the management team in leading day-to-day operations
Supervise and guide team members during shifts, helping them deliver great service
Be a visible point of contact for guests, responding to queries and handling any issues professionally
Help maintain high standards across cleanliness, safety, and presentation
Carry out keyholder responsibilities including opening and closing the venue
Support with staff training, daily briefings, and ensuring operational checklists are followed
Lead by example to create a positive, fun, and welcoming environment
