Job Description:

Cinema Experience Manager is a foundational leadership role at ODEON, responsible for running shifts, inspiring and coaching the team, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience to make every visit memorable.

Job Responsibility:

Run shifts and take charge when Cinema Manager isn't there
Lead by example motivating team and enhancing guest experiences
Coordinate team to uphold standards on every shift
Ensure every guest visit is memorable
Lead operations and support team
Enhance both guest and team's experience
Coordinate shifts
Ensure health and safety standards are met
Help keep operations running smoothly
Drive day-to-day high standards
Support and coach teams
Create an inclusive environment where everyone can be themselves

Requirements:

Leadership experience
Ability to inspire, coach and develop a team
Passion for providing outstanding guest experience
Ability to run shifts and take charge
Ability to motivate teams and enhance guest experiences
Ability to coordinate teams to uphold standards
Flexible approach and can-do attitude
Ability to drive day-to-day high standards
Ability to support and coach teams
