Job Responsibility:
Support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations
Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
Overseeing guest experience across all areas
retail, ticketing and ushering
Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
Running shift briefings and making on shift operational decisions
Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments
A supportive, people-first leadership style
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High standards of safety, service, and operational delivery
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
A safe way to travel to and from late shifts
