Job Responsibility

Support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations
Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
Overseeing guest experience across all areas: retail, ticketing, ushering, and Costa Coffee operations
Ensuring Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards
Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
Running shift briefings and making on-shift operational decisions
Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction
