Job Description

Support the daily handling of customer inquiries (phone, email, and digital channels).

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in processing and reviewing customer requests (account updates, documentation)
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in systems before processing or activation
  • Monitor and follow up on pending customer cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Aftersales, Operations) to ensure smooth case handling
  • Support documentation management, archiving, and digitalization activities
  • Contribute to customer journey improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements
  • Assist in maintaining internal tracking tools, reports, and service KPIs
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team as required
  • Support of development and drive execution of local CRM strategies (outbound campaigns)

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or Auto Mechanical Engineer, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and customer-oriented approach.
  • High process orientation and strong networking skills.
  • Excellence in Digital Services.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop within a professional environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • A digital mindset, with curiosity to explore innovative tools and AI-driven solutions.
