Job Description:

Contribute to the Bank's business operations and goals by providing consistently high-quality Branch Operation services to the Bank's customers. The role holder will safeguard the bank's interest by ensuring prompt process of payments through Bahrain Central Bank and other payments.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality Branch Operation services
Process payments through Bahrain Central Bank and other payments
Handle large volume transactions with appropriate authorization and controls
Assist customers with enquiries pertaining to delivery items
Maintain high level of customer service
Process outward clearing cheques
Scan cheques deposited over the counter in BCTS system
Exercise due diligence and vigilance
Contribute to department's performance targets
Ensure compliance with FIM and other procedure manuals
Reconciliation of posted vouchers
Quality referrals to all departments
Comply with local regulatory requirements
Identify and report Money Laundering compliance risk
Implement KYC and SCC due diligence
Complete mandatory Compliance training
Manage Information Risk
Adhere to sanction guidance
Obtain and update CRMS with Source of Funds information

Requirements:

Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in cash handling - 2 years
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong basic arithmetic skills
Basic office software skills
Cash handling experience
Basic Accounting principles/concepts
Basic HUB / SFE Knowledge
