Job Description:

Contribute to the Bank's business operations by providing high-quality Branch Operation services to customers. Safeguard the bank's interest by ensuring prompt processing of payments through Bahrain Central Bank and other payments. Handle significant volumes of large transactions with appropriate authorization and controls.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality Branch Operation services
Process payments through Bahrain Central Bank
Handle customer enquiries
Process customer instructions
Reconciliation of posted vouchers
Customer service and guidance
Quality referrals to departments
Compliance with regulatory requirements
Money Laundering compliance risk management
Management of Information Risk

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
4-5 years of experience
Supervisory/team leadership experience
Experience with vault management and audits
Leadership & Management skills
Advanced Banking Knowledge
Problem-Solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Cash handling experience
Basic Accounting principles/concepts
Basic HUB / SFE Knowledge
