Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a CIB Portfolio Manager to participate in monitoring, documenting, underwriting, and reacting to the credit quality of an assigned portfolio of loans within CIB Portfolio Management functional area.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in monitoring, documenting, underwriting, and reacting to the credit quality of an assigned portfolio of loans
Review monthly servicer/collateral reports for completeness & accuracy
Monitor underlying collateral performance including adherence to borrowing base, covenants, deal triggers
Prepare quarterly surveillance decks
Perform financial spreading and quarterly credit analysis of clients
Prepare tearsheets to evaluate financial performance of lessees
Perform Basel submissions for covered deals
Train & mentor junior team members
Contribute to transformation/efficiency/process improvement projects

Requirements:

2+ years of CIB Portfolio Management experience or equivalent
At least a B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification
At least 3 to 6 years' experience in credit analysis/underwriting of corporates/FIG clients, structured finance, or debt capital markets
In-depth understanding of financial statements and accounting policies (IFRS/GAAP)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask
Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Must be flexible to work in EMEA/partial US shift

Nice to have:

MBA, CA, CFA/FRM or equivalent qualification
Securitization and/or ABS markets related experience
Advanced knowledge of excel, VBA, python, macros
Experience in transformation projects, process efficiency
