Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a CIB Portfolio Coordinator to manage workflow tools, contribute to portfolio management activities, review financial statements, and serve as a point of contact for coverage bankers and collateral management teams.

Job Responsibility:

Manage workflow tool for FFG team members
Contribute to portfolio management & surveillance activities
Check specified websites to download financial statements
Review and spread financial statements into standardized templates
Develop understanding of deal-specific adjustments
Update covenant structure in system of records
Liaise with Deal Team for covenant breach resolution
Serve as point of contact for coverage bankers and Collateral Management team
Develop and maintain process guides/SOPs

Requirements:

2+ years of CIB Portfolio Management experience or equivalent
Graduate or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Research, Economics or CA Inter
Minimum 0-3 years of experience in the banking domain
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Ability to clearly & concisely speak on complex topics

Nice to have:

Experience using Excel to perform data analysis
Strong attention to detail
Ability to navigate and interpret loan legal documentation
High level of personal motivation
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a team player in dynamic environment
Good time management skills
