Job Description:

Participate in monitoring, documenting, underwriting, and reacting to the credit quality of an assigned portfolio of loans within CIB Portfolio Management functional area and contribute to large scale planning related to functional area.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor, document, underwrite, and react to credit quality of assigned portfolio
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Review and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments
Exercise independent judgment for medium risk deliverables
Present recommendations for complex situations
Collaborate with functional colleagues and stakeholders
Review monthly servicer/collateral reports
Monitor underlying collateral performance
Prepare quarterly surveillance decks
Perform financial spreading and quarterly credit analysis
Prepare tearsheets for financial performance evaluation
Perform Basel submissions
Assist on transformation/efficiency projects

Requirements:

2+ years of CIB Portfolio Management experience or equivalent
At least B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification
Up to 2+ years' experience in credit analysis/underwriting of corporates/FIG clients, structured finance, or debt capital markets
Good understanding of financial statements and accounting policies of large corporates and/or financial institutions
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
High level of personal motivation and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask across contents in an evolving environment
Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Must be flexible to work in EMEA/partial US shift

Nice to have:

MBA, CA, CFA/FRM or equivalent qualification
Securitization and/or ABS markets related experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, Python, macros
