Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a CIB Data Product Owner to work within the Corporate and Investment Banking Data management organization. This individual will focus on rationalizing data feeds and redundant applications across CIB, prioritizing based on upcoming business deliverables. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to streamline data sourcing, identify opportunities for consolidation and alignment to strategic data sources, reduce costs, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure consistency with the CIB data strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Perform hands-on analysis to define requirements and support deliveries
Contribute to the development of data feed rationalization roadmaps
Drive the implementation of standardized processes
Promote the adoption of approved data sources
Assist in identifying opportunities to embed AI and automation into data services
Contribute to reporting and updates for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience
Experience supporting data-driven initiatives in financial services or investment sectors (CIB)
Demonstrated ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions
Strong communication and reporting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with agile planning and execution
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have:

Experience supporting data-driven initiatives in financial services or investment sectors (CIB)
