Assist in Chinese Kitchen and Banquet Kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet, in accordance with corporate F&B guidelines, Hotel F&B standards and financial goals.
Job Responsibility:

Stores foods in designated areas according to Hotel standard
Assists in quality control of items
Facilitate the process of producing food from scratch to final product which comply to strict hygiene standard and according to recipe
Requirements:
A good knowledge in culinary and service rules
Efficiency in your work, to be honest to the guests, superior and colleagues
Have a good attitude and be willing to learn
One to two years previous experience or internship in culinary, Hospitality as commis position
