Job Description

Assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of outlets and Chinese Kitchen, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Keep all food storage and refrigeration clean and in accordance to Four Seasons Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Ensure in keeping suitable par stocks to ensure sufficient supplies at all times
  • Be aware of all daily Hotel activity otherwise check with supervisor
  • Ensure preparations are ready on time and sufficient in quantities to operate service hours uninterrupted (for buffet and a la carte restaurant and all other outlets)
  • Knowledgeable in regards to preparation, method, ingredients and presentation standard.

Requirements

  • A good knowledge in culinary and service rules
  • Efficiency in work, honest to guests, superiors and colleagues
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • One to two years previous experience or internship in culinary, Hospitality as commis position.
