Job Responsibility:
Assist the Chinese Kitchen chef for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel
Ensure the quality preparation of all menu items
Ensure proper handling/ storage of all food items in accordance with standards
Coordinates the purchase of all food
Develops menus
Maintaining approved food costs and labor costs
Requirements:
Strategic individual
Strong business acumen
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
High school education or equivalent experience
Michelin Starred Restaurant / The Worlds 50 Best Restaurant/ Black Pearl Restaurant or related experience is preferred
At least 3 years’ experience in a kitchen management role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
Mandarin Speaking
Work authorization in China is a must
