Job Responsibility
Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the following dishes
Do Opening for dim sum and prepare the ingredients needed and the semi-finished products in advance
Produces hot and cold sauces for menu items ensuring consistency
Eggs, vegetables, fruit, rice and farinaceous dishes
Prepares in advance food, material and equipment needed for the service
Requirements
A good knowledge in culinary and service rules
Efficiency in your work, to be honest to the guests, superior and colleagues
Have a good attitude and be willing to learn
One to two years previous experience or internship in culinary, Hospitality as commis position
