Job Responsibility

  • 全面负责中餐厅(现代粤菜)厨房整体运营管理,制定并执行符合国际奢华酒店标准的出品质量、食品安全与卫生规范
  • 主导中餐菜品研发、创新与升级,打造具有品牌辨识度的特色菜系,提升餐厅餐饮口碑与核心竞争力
  • 严格管控厨房成本核算、食材采购、库存管理及毛利分析,确保经营效益达标
  • 统筹厨房团队人员管理、排班规划、绩效考核与人才培养,打造高效稳定的专业厨政团队
  • 监督食材验收、加工、烹饪全流程,保证菜品口味、造型、温度与呈现始终稳定高品质
  • 配合酒店餐饮及宴会需求,负责高端私宴、VIP 接待、重要活动的菜品设计与现场执行
  • 遵守集团食品安全、EHS、消防及卫生标准,杜绝食品安全风险,确保合规运营
  • 关注行业趋势与市场动态,借鉴先进烹饪理念,持续优化菜单结构与出品体系
  • 协调前厅、采购、财务等跨部门工作,保障餐饮服务顺畅高效,提升宾客用餐体验

Requirements

  • 至少3年国际品牌酒店的同岗位工作经验
  • 能吃苦耐劳,为人正直,有责任心
  • 具备出色的领导力、抗压能力与品牌意识
  • 拥有米其林/黑珍珠餐厅或国际奢华酒店工作经验者优先
