The Global Supply Chain Manager will leverage their expertise and leadership to build a supply chain that will ensure the production of 3d printing products that are changing industries and innovating new technologies. Job Responsibility

  • Manage a team of commodity managers, sourcing managers and program managers to ensure cost competitive, high quality and reliable suppliers deliver our products to market on time
  • Provide access to technology and supply chain capabilities that enable and shape our hardware product roadmap
  • Be the center of commercial excellence and own COGs analysis, reporting, and reductions for all hardware products, optimizing processes as needed
  • Be the lead negotiator to get the best cost, quality and timeline performance from leading suppliers
  • Mentor team by coaching and leading by example to grow their skills in purchasing and managing a supply chain
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments, accounting, engineering design, and sustaining engineering teams
  • Ramp new sourcing efforts in response to changes in products, supply chain design, and manufacturing locations
  • Analyze purchasing trends and develop sourcing alternatives. Identify new high-potential suppliers on a global basis
  • Manage and cultivate commercial relationships with sub-tier suppliers

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years work experience
