Chilocco Slot Attendant/GSR

• Assisting with basic gaming machine functions including detailed paperwork requirements, accurate data entry, and money counting skills
• Greeting guest and team members eagerly upon arrival
• Being able to remember regular players by name
• Assisting with guest questions regarding promotions, events, specials, areas, and locations
• Distributing Player's Club membership forms and assisting guests with completion
• Checking in and out appropriate keys and radio
• Ensuring gaming machines are up and running, clearing bill jams, paper issues
• Accounting and verifying all monetary items including jackpot payouts
• Maintaining departmental logs noting unusual occurrences, incidents, equipment failures, safety issues, disputes

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Guest Services experience preferred, however not required
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Read, write legibly, and speak the English language
