Job Description:

Are you passionate about empowering young people? We are looking for 8 dedicated Support Workers to join our residential teams across two vibrant locations. Whether you're a seasoned residential pro or have a background in youth work, sports coaching, or teaching assistance, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help provide a stable, nurturing environment for children
  • Support young people to get out and about

Requirements:

  • Previous work in children's residential care is a plus, but we will consider recent experience working with children or young people (schools, clubs, etc.)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • You must hold a British/Irish Passport or have Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)

Nice to have:

  • Level 3 qualification
  • Previous work in children's residential care
