We are seeking dedicated, empathetic, and experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team across Shropshire. If you have a proven track record of supporting vulnerable young people and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you today.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people

Requirements

  • Proven Experience working with children in a residential or community care setting
  • Resilience & Empathy
  • Adaptability
  • Mobility - a clean UK driving license is preferable but not essential

Nice to have

  • Clean UK driving license
  • NVQ 2 in health and social care - children
