Job Description

We are launching a brand-new 2-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people with complex needs and learning difficulties, and we are now searching for the right Registered Manager to lead the service through registration and into a successful, stable and rewarding future. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a strong leader who wants real autonomy, long-term progression and the chance to shape a home with full backing and investment already in place.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a brand-new service from day one
  • shape the culture, standards and staffing structure
  • build a therapeutic, child-focused environment
  • work closely with ownership who are fully invested in quality care
  • progress into a potential Dual Registered Manager position within 6–8 months

Requirements

  • Level 5 qualification and previous Registered Manager experience would be highly desirable
  • experience within Children's Residential Care
  • understands Ofsted regulations and registration requirements
  • can confidently lead a home through registration
  • passionate about improving outcomes for young people
  • can build and lead high-performing teams
  • strong safeguarding and leadership knowledge
  • wants to grow with an ambitious provider

Nice to have

  • Level 5 qualification
  • previous Registered Manager experience
