Job Description:

You will play a vital role in covering a range of shifts to help ensure our young clients receive excellent care. We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting on a bank basis across a range of complex child care packages
Covering a range of shifts to help ensure our young clients receive excellent care
Supporting and managing PEG, Ventilator, Tracheostomy, Suction, Epilepsy
Traveling to clients homes in Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough and surrounding areas

Requirements:

Experience within a children's care role is essential
Must be caring, compassionate and resilient
A driver with access to a car is required as traveling to a range of clients is essential
