We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in East Sussex who support Young Carers, aged 5-18 years, who have caring responsibilities for someone in their family due to disability, long-term illness, mental health, or drug or alcohol misuse. You can make the difference and give a Young Carer their childhood back.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Young Carers aged 5-18 years with caring responsibilities
