Key Responsibilities Assessments & Planning: Conduct risk and needs assessments to co-produce actionable, whole-family care plans. Safeguarding & Case Management: Intervene directly to protect children at risk, manage electronic case files, and write professional reports for decision-making forums. Partnership & Mentorship: Collaborate with schools, police, and health partners, while providing guidance to less experienced staff and students.

  • IT proficiency
  • enhanced DBS check
  • valid driver's license (or independent mobility)
  • flexibility for occasional unsocial hours
