Job Description:

Are you an experienced Children's Social Worker? We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Children Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the adoption and foster care process, along with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. Randstad is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Swansea Council for the Children team. This Contract role with a fantastic pay rate

Job Responsibility:

  • Assessment: Conducting assessments to understand the needs and risks faced by children and families, including their social, emotional, and physical well-being
  • Intervention: Developing and implementing intervention plans tailored to meet the individual needs of children and families
  • Monitoring and Review: Regularly monitoring and reviewing the progress of children and families
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Social Worker experience in the UK
  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
  • Registered with Social Care Wales
  • Up-to-date DBS clearance/Enhanced DBS
