Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain relationships with children and young people to support their emotional, physical, and developmental needs
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the children and young people you support
  • Maintain clear, accurate records, ensuring that all statutory duties are met in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Participate in reflective practice sessions and use supervision to continually develop your skills and confidence
  • Be part of a team that encourages innovation, reflective learning, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Have experience working with children in care or a similar field
  • Be committed to providing the highest quality care and support to children and families
  • Be able to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and partner agencies
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
