We are currently recruiting for a Center Manager to lead a highly successful, Exceeding-rated Early Learning Center in Melbourne’s western suburbs. True to its community-focused this service boasts a state-of-the-art facility with beautiful, natural play spaces, a dedicated team of professionals, and a deeply supportive management team that ensures you have everything you need to thrive. As the Center Manager, you will be the heart and voice of the service. We are looking for an experienced, inspiring people leader with excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, manage day-to-day operations, and lead a high-performing team of educators in a warm, community-minded environment.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved or Advanced Diploma of Education and Care
  • A valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) card or WWCC
  • Current approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management qualifications (HLTAID012)
  • A comprehensive, practical understanding of the EYLF and NQS compliance frameworks
  • Two professional references that attest to your experience and work with children
