Requirements
Experience with Vulnerable Youth: Proven experience supporting children with diverse and complex needs
Complex Needs Expertise: Understanding of how to support individuals with Autism, ADHD, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities
Core Care Capabilities: Experience with medication administration, report writing (daily logs and incident reporting), and shift handovers
De-escalation & Safeguarding: Experience with or a willingness to undergo training in physical restraint and de-escalation techniques
Compliance: A valid DBS check for working with children (ideally on the Update Service), the legal right to work in the UK, and the ability to provide 10 years of reference history
Flexibility & Mobility: A valid UK driving license and the willingness to travel across London
Flexibility to work various shifts-including nights, weekends, and sleep-ins
