Children's Support Worker

• Crisis Management: Confidently de-escalating heightened behaviors using proven techniques (PMVA)

• Minimum 6 months of paid UK experience in a residential or crisis setting
• Proven ability to de-escalate aggression, self-harm, or destructive behaviors with a calm, non-judgmental approach
• A firm grasp of professional boundaries and 'safe touch' protocols
• PMVA Training is highly desirable (though we can provide training for the right candidates)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
• Full UK Driving Licence with Business Insurance (Highly Preferred)
