Job Description:

We're looking for dedicated Children's Support Workers to join our team in West Newcastle and Newbiggin by the Sea. This is a permanent role where you can truly impact young lives! As a Children's Support Worker, you'll be a cornerstone of support for children in residential settings. You'll provide comfort, guidance, and a stable environment, helping them thrive. This role is all about being a positive influence and a reliable presence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing essential day-to-day support to children
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Assisting with daily routines and activities
  • Being a positive role model and building trusting relationships
  • Supporting the well-being and development of the children

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a residential setting is highly preferred. But honestly, any experience with children is worth considering!
  • You must be a car driver.
  • You need to have indefinite leave to remain in the UK or a valid British passport - we can't consider visa sponsorship for this role.
