Children's Support Worker

• Support children and young people through difficult moments with patience, warmth, and consistency

• Full driving licence
• Obtain an enhanced DBS Certificate and consent to routine criminal background checks

• All staff complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare* if they do not already hold it - we provide full support. Health and Social Care and other equivalent qualifications accepted.

Applicants from backgrounds including those who have worked in education, youth work, hospitality, customer service, or any role that involves supporting people

• Two on, four off working pattern (an average of 10 shifts and 10 sleep-ins per month)
