Job Responsibility:
Support children and young people through difficult moments with patience, warmth, and consistency

Requirements:

Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins
Full driving licence
Obtain an enhanced DBS Certificate and consent to routine criminal background checks
The right to work in the UK - sponsorship not available
All staff complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare* if they do not already hold it - we provide full support. Health and Social Care and other equivalent qualifications accepted.
