Children's Support Worker (Residential)

Join ARC HD Services – Where Every Young Life Matters. ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. The role: 1:1 support with young people, 39 hour post: 2 x 15 hour shifts and 1 x 9 hour shift, plus one sleepover per week. Shift pattern rotates every 3 weeks so some weekend work will be required. Driving license required.
