Join ARC HD Services – Where Every Young Life Matters. ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community. Welcome to Our Home – Fareham: A spacious bungalow with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9–18). We’re a fun, energetic crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive. Child-first care, tailored to each child's individual journey; Fun – community beach cleans, charity events, days out and great everyday experiences; Big on humour, warmth & weirdness; Creating a safe home environment that feels like… well, home; Helping children to find their voice, build their identities and pursue their own path in life.

Job Responsibility:

  • 1:1 support with young people
  • 4 x 10 hour waking nights per week (we operate a rolling rota so some weekend work will be required)
  • 4 nights on and 4 nights off shift pattern

Requirements:

  • Experienced with supporting children overnight
  • Qualified with a Diploma in Child Care, or willing to work towards this
  • Honest, kind & non-judgmental
