Job Responsibility:
Manage a varied caseload
Undertake assessments
Develop and review Care & Support Plans
Deliver meaningful interventions that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families
Assess need and risk, including complex and crisis situations
Develop, deliver, and review effective care plans
Prepare reports and represent the local authority in court and multi-agency forums
Build strong partnerships with health, education, and voluntary agencies
Champion safeguarding practice and promote positive change
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience
Safeguarding/Child Protection experience is ideal
Relevant backgrounds such as Assessment & Intervention are also welcome
Passionate about improving life chances
Confident in managing risk
Committed to continuous professional development
