Children's Social Worker - Cared For Children Service

We are currently looking to recruit dedicated and passionate Locum Social Workers to join our Cared For Children Service, supporting care experienced young people up to the age of 18 as they prepare to transition into Leaving Care services. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people in care, where your focus will be on driving forward care and permanence plans to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will play a vital role in promoting stability, safeguarding, and long-term positive futures for young people. The team is based in Ashton-under-Lyne, co-located with colleagues from Fostering, Leaving Care, Youth Justice, and Commissioning, enabling strong multi-agency collaboration and effective joint working.
