Children's Social Worker - Assessment Team

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs, risks, and strengths of children and families
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with families, colleagues, and external agencies
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children through timely and thorough risk assessments
• Provide support and guidance to families, facilitating access to relevant services and resources
• Collaborate with professionals in multidisciplinary teams, including health, education, and legal services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress
• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration
• Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families
• Strong understanding of child protection, safeguarding, and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
