Children's Services Team Leader – Lead and Grow in Dubbo! Are you a skilled, empathetic leader ready to make a significant impact in disability and children's services? Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of support workers to deliver consistently high-quality and dignified care to children and young people (CYP) with complex needs
  • Receive dedicated mentorship from an experienced Service Manager, focusing on strategic support that empowers CYP to achieve their individualized goals and exercise choice and control over their lives

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills, high emotional intelligence, and effective conflict resolution abilities
  • Proven history supporting individuals with complex needs, behaviors of concern, and/or mental health concerns
  • Diploma in Disability/Community/Children's Services or working towards Bachelor degree in relevant field (or identify as Aboriginal)
  • Deep commitment to person-centred practice and inclusivity
