Job Description:

We are seeking Children’s Residential Support Workers who are dedicated to offering a safe, nurturing environment for children and being a positive, consistent role model in their lives.

Job Responsibility:

Be a positive role model for the children
Offer care and support to children providing structure, consistency, and nurturing as part of day-to-day living
Ensure the safety of each child
Build effective relationships with the children
Support children with routine
Join the children in activities and holidays
Create meaningful care plans
Work together with parents, teachers, therapists, and social workers
Write reports
Ensure records are kept clear and up to date
Help children develop self-esteem, a feeling of safety and develop personal strategies to deal with behaviours that challenge
Help children achieve their optimum potential

Requirements:
