ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Welcome to Our Home – Lymington: A spacious two-storey home with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9–18). We’re a fun, energetic crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive. Due to the rural location of the home, a manual driving license and own vehicle are required. This is a permanent role.
