EMPOWER FAMILY GROUP “Empowering care through learning, leading and working together.” Join Our Team – Residential Support Worker Location: Somerset, England Full-Time | Permanent | 2 Days On, 4 Days Off (48-Hour Shifts with Sleep-ins) £32,425 to £34,501 per year (Based on an average of 162 hours per month and inclusive of 10 sleep-ins) Who We Are Empower Family Group is a passionate, child-focused company striving to raise standards across the care sector. Requirements

  • Caring, resilient, and motivated team players
  • Experience in Residential Childcare (preferred but not essential)
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Residential Childcare or willingness to work toward it
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Aged 21+ (legal requirement for residential care roles)

Nice to have

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Residential Childcare
  • Experience in Residential Childcare
