Job Description:

Proline Care are seeking experienced Residential Children’s Support Workers for a Children’s Service in Selly Park, Birmingham.

Job Responsibility:

Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
Support young people through their daily routines
Act as a role model
Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
Communicating with residents and colleagues

Requirements:

Experience working in children’s residential care
Full UK drivers licence
Clear DBS
Level 3/4 in Children Workforce or be willing to work towards this
