Proline Care are seeking experienced Residential Children’s Support Workers for a Children’s Service in Derby.

  • Working closely with Young People to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential
  • Completing written reports and documentation
  • Supporting and being involved with the reviewing of Care plans, Risk Assessments, Behaviour Management Plans, Health Care Documentation, Agreements, and Incentives for the young people in the home
