Job Description

Compass Associates is excited to be collaborating alongside a renowned Children’s Care and Specialist Education provider. Together, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist with a passion for working with children to join them on a full-time basis. You will be joining a newly established school supporting children across Key Stages 2-5 with ASC, LD, and/or SEMH needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivering 1:1 therapy sessions and conducting assessments
  • Supporting curriculum delivery with a focus on communication, independence, and sensory regulation
  • Attending MDT meetings
  • Providing consultation and training to staff
  • Advocating for effective therapy input throughout the school environment

Requirements

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
  • Strong background working with children within a specialist school environment
  • UK driving licence and own car
