Job Responsibility:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children with diverse needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges, autism, and learning disabilities
Assist in developing essential life skills
Implement care plans
Foster overall well-being
Uphold the highest standards of care and safeguarding
Requirements:
Essential experience in Residential Children's Homes
Experience supporting children with childhood trauma
Strong childcare experience
Knowledge of child protection and behaviour management
Valid full driving licence and a reliable vehicle
Flexibility to travel up to an hour to specified locations
Availability for day and night shifts
Proof of Right to Work in the UK
Up-to-date mandatory training certificates, PMVA training, and an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service
Ability to provide employment references covering the last 3 years
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
