We are seeking Support Workers to provide complex care for children with a range of complex issues, across Essex. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the life of children working in a supportive, caring environment in a home-based setting. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • At least a 1 years’ experience working with Children & Learning Disabilities
  • Proven experience in Paediatric Complex Care
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Airmid care team, MDT and family
  • Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient-focused care
  • Experience with elements of Tracheostomy, PEG/NG Feeding, Ventilators, Deep suctioning. (not all essential)
  • Experience with Learning Disabilities & challenging behaviour
