Job Responsibility

  • Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
  • Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
  • Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- you're the reason they love KidStrong!
  • Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
  • Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
  • Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
  • Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
  • Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.

Requirements

  • Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
  • Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also why did you do that?
  • Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
  • Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
  • Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!

  • Effectively use the KS Coach's App to record class data and provide records of data for parents (attendance, awards, etc.)
  • Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack, our company messaging system, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers
  • Complete training through FranConnect as required by the HQ Training and Certification team
