Job Responsibility

  • Welcome with warmth and empathy: Actively greet visitors with kindness, compassion, and understanding
  • Guide with care: Badge and screen guests according to visitation guidelines, then help them navigate the facility with confidence
  • Support families: Determine destinations and transportation needs, offering assistance every step of the way
  • Transport patients safely: Provide internal patient transport that is both secure and engaging
  • Keep us moving: Stock and move wheelchairs, strollers, and carts to ensure accessibility across the facility

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience, including conflict management
  • Understanding of developmental needs across all age groups—from neonatal to adult
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills
  • Confidence and composure in stressful situations, with the ability to diffuse negativity
  • Critical thinking skills to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual abilities preferred
  • CPR certification (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) required within 90 days of hire
